Heres what i have -

lowport motor (original 108k miles)
T25
370ccs @ 3 bar
JWT S4 cams
3 inch turbo back exhaust
Calum basic ecu
DE maf (yeah i know its about maxed out)
Custom intercooler piping with ebay intercooler
Greddy RS blow off valve

it made 246whp at a little over 7 psi when running decent.

Lately the car feels powerless, i use to be able to roast the tires all the way till 3rd gear. Now i can barely chirp 2nd. The idle is real low like 600-700rpms, car is revving REAL slow, it backfires all the time (use to only when it was real cold watertemp about 150*) now it does it all the time even when warmed up. When cruising at a steady speed if i press in the clutch the rpms dip way down to about 200-300rpm then it jumps back up and bouces around.

Heres a picture, the car is not ghetto in anyway. Nothing is hacked up. It just started running like crap out of no where and its getting worse.

that's pretty good power on the T25 but maybe the turbo is starting to die, did you re-dyno and compair the graphs?

Sounds like you need to start checking things. You're obviously running extremely rich. Considering you haven't changed anything, maybe some corrosion has built up on your coolant temp sensor or maf connector. Maybe your maf hot wire is dirty. Your plugs are probably fouled from running really rich, so they won't be helping either.

I like the intercooler piping.

I have done a full tune up (plugs, wires, cap, rotor) thats about it. Nothing is different.

Why would you say im running rich?

Could be a bad O2 sensor too. Also check your fuel pressure; the line may have come off the FPR and therefore it's crazy rich at light load. It would be lean into boost though. What do your spark plugs look like?
