I'm looking to put an SR20 into an S12 chassis. I was wondering if anybody has done this or not and what I need to do. I already have the motor and an S13 engine harness. Any help would be great.

with enough money, anything is possible.

Does S12 refer to the mid 80's 200SX? If so, someone posted pics a few months back of their sr20det swap into it. I'm not so sure they were from the States though. . .

from what I've seen I'm sure an sr20det can bolt right in ... I've seen someone bolt in a sr20de into ..and I think they came with ca18det's abroad ..

Ours came turbo also but I forgot what motor ...

a guy overseas did it. i emailed him and asked him about it.

the swap was pretty straight forward because i had the complete
engine/tranny/wiring/computer/accessories(ac/pwrstrng)
package.

I used the stock mounts but had to put spacers (my
mechanic is good with this). Wiring was easy AFTER i
got the diagram from SE-R.net. i am using the SR20
computer of course...the old one had different (and
large!) pinouts...I used the SR20 tranny too...the
CA18ET tranny might have fit but why would i bother?
needed to cut some plastic since the shifter was aback
a little, and resize the propeller.
