If you're willing to drive 2hrs you can take it to Mazworx, Titan Motorsports, CFT, Slow Boy Racing, or Enjuku.

It is almost obsolete to have a Jim Wolf programmed ecu with a afc. You are basically trying to over write something that can not be over written.

No a street tune is just having someone that is knowledgeable tuning your car with a AFC. They TUNE your car meaning you have to get on the dyno and work out any kinks and get the car running how you want it. Do you have an AFC, piggy back or EMS to tune or are you going for a reflash retune? You have to know what you want done so they can work with you and get the most HP out of it. All of the shops are well know and build turbo and NA cars all the time. CFT has alot of boosted cars on the street and Titan have a handful too. Just google them and give them a call to talk to them yourself. I know I'll either be going to CFT or Titan if I get another GTi-R.
