Tranny and then clutch as far as most expensive.

^The hardest part is gathering all the parts and cutting the firewall for the clutch pedal.

What car?
What motor?
Get ready to do a lot of searching on what parts you need.

Its not hard with a hole saw. It makes a good clean cut. I have done quite a few and gathering the pieces is the hardest part. Everything bolts up. So you should be able to do it no problem.

I know a guy that might have pretty much all you need: pedal, shifter, linkage, clutch cable, CV bracket, CVs. I think he was goin to keep the tranny though. Not sure. If you need that stuff let me know, I'll ask him.

The linkage is easy. It just bolts up to the shifter and then to the tranny. It goes through the hole in the floor.
