I am seriously considering putting an sr20 in my 240 sx and was wondering what kind of issues i MIGHT come across after the swap has been completed, Running rich, not idling correctly ect. thanks!

intercooler piping....wires not hooked up right, battery location (makes running IC pipes easier). Just buy another SR20DE or VE and do that, especially since turbo cars are like black magic.

I think the main problem is people get barnacles for ecms and motors. (saltwater)

This is a hard one to answer... it's kind of like asking how much HP will my motor be good for. If I throw on XYZ turbo will I be able to make 500whp on 93 octane.

Do your research, don't go cheap on the engine management, don't cut corners while doing your build to save cost, and by all means don't rush the build. You could be unlucky and have a rod bearing go out on your startup or the car might run like a champ from day one till the day you sell it. Anything can happen, just make sure you have a 2nd vehicle for this one has problems... which always seem to happen when it's your DD, lol.
