I have spec v inserts on my b14.
what are the range of spring rates suggested for the fronts & rears?
i already have 400 lb up front and 350 in the rear.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Don't go any higher. I would leave it alone.

ack! Too late, I already ordered 450 lb springs for the fronts & was planning on running the 400's in the rear.

They should work fine but your going to be real close to the edge of what they can handle. Damping is a personal thing anyway so it may feel/be perfect for you.
