hmm.

I know what you mean. If I slouch in may seat, the sun beams right in my eyes; whereas if I sit straight up, the roof blocks the sun.

what about just welding a small bracket(piece of flat bar or something similar) to the cage and bolting a stock sunvisor to it.

windshield strip. and I wouldn't worry about it being legal because I'm pretty sure a fully caged car isn't exactly legal.

or you can go blingity ballerish and get this from Cusco

brand new tsuru ones on e-bay for $40.00. Can't find any in good shape in a junk yard. I looked all over and it's near impossible.

couldnt you just tap & drill the roll bar & mount the sun visor to the bar?

You can place anything on your front windshield down to what they call the "as1" line wich is the two marks about 5 inches down on the a pillars on each side of the windshield

This is true. You can have anything you want above the AS1 line. You have to think that your visors only come down to the as1 line also. Sometimes when driving, even with visors, an be crazy sunny.

how about you drill and tap mounting holes into the bar to mount the stock visor clips on?

edit:saw that Enohand already suggested this.
