It all started with the glass rattling when I closed the door with the window down. It did it some when halfway but was quiet when close to or all the way up.
Then one day at a local autocross, after getting in and out with the window down, I can't roll the window up. It had fallen off the tracks!
To date, I have been inside the door 5 times putting the glass back on the little dookickies that lift the glass up and down via the window crank. It seems that when the window is all the way down, the plastic pieces attached to the glass and this bracket are barely touching. Close the door the right way, and the glass falls into the door.
I plan on tearing open the passenger side to see how it should be held together but I figure I would ask what could be wrong 1st.
BTW, the glass is inside the tracks on both edges and everything appears to be straight.
