OK, so I am now part of the Battery and Brake light constantly on, windows rolling up slowly, dash lights flicker when I hit the brakes and I lose clock and radio memory whenever I shut off the car syndrome.

ACK!

Is the consensus the alternator? I searched the forum and found about 20 or so other posts with the same results: Replace the alternator and it will fix the problem.

Suggest to change battery as well???

Suggest to change battery as well??? Yuuup,
Ya really wanna make sure, get a voltmeter (or if you got the Techtom). Check the Batt voltage w/ the engine off. Normally depending on charge it can be anywhere between 9-13V. It may simply be drained from not being charged.
Start the engine, check again. If yer alternator is werkin right, you should see bout 14V. Turn on every possible electrical accessory, lights, fan, wipers, flashers, etc., voltage should remain above ~12V min.
Unless yer battery is not taking a charge anymore, it should be OK.

Ah hell!

The battery registers around 12.3 Volts or less with the car running. Around 11.9 with all accessories on.

When the car is off, it still reads around 12.3 volts.

So it appears the alternator is on it's way out and is NOT charging the battery.

ARGH!

I had the alternator in my 91 rebuilt for ~$40, but it had to be out of the car a couple days. Ran fine for 13,000 miles since then.

Mine was doing the exact same thing. Before jumping to any conclusions, I checked all of the terminals for corrosion/rust. I found that the positive off of my alternator was SEVERLY corroded from having the rubber boot melt on it. Once I wire brushed that SOB it's been working fine ever since. On my mom's 02 PT Cruiser, when they worked on her car they forgot to tighten the positive battery connection on all the way...it was presenting the same problems that mine had.

Check the connections first, then check the voltage at the battery and then at the alternator. If the voltage is ok at the alternator, then it could be your battery, or it could be your wiring. Obviously, if the alternator has low voltage, then you've found your problem.

Problems fixed.

I replaced the alternator, and found that it did not fix the problem. After another fuse search, I found the BATTERY 75A Fusible link was blown in the engine compartment. Went to Nissan dealer today and bought a new one for $12.88/ Replaced it and Voila'. It is back to normal.

When I brought the old alternator back for the core return, the guy actually tested it and found it to be below par and on it's way out.

Blessing in disguise I guess.

The power windows, mirrors, wipers, etc. all work much faster now. And my cay is idling much smoother (??). All dash lights are operating normal and tach/speedo is back to normal.

Woohoo!
