I'm doing a HID projector retrofit using an aftermarket kit sold on ebay. I received the kit 24 hours after I ordered it and it came direct from friggen Shanghai! Not bad for $150 shipped. I'm waiting on a spare set of headlights so I can get these puppies installed.

Thanks guys. I'm still waiting on an extra set of lights to arrive, should get here by this weekend. They need to have the lenses restored first then I can start the modding. :)

I've gotten as far as restoring the lenses on the spare lights and installing one of the projectors for a test fit. I'm going to do more work on them during my Christmas break from school. Here is a shot of the lenses before and after:

how did you take the cover off and how did you restore them?

I baked them in the oven at 200* for 10 minutes. The restoration process involves wet sanding from 600 grit down to 2000 grit, polishing compound, and wax. I did a writeup on G20.net with the details.

The sellers name is OMG so cool lights or something similar. Just search H4 projector and you should find them.
