Hey guys first of all thanks for helping (you all know who you are) ok so now I have everything riding perfect, except one thing white smoke in exhaust, a lot does this mean my oil is leaking into my exhaust housing and burning, I hope thats it other than that I'm fine or I wouldn't have any idea what it is or could be....

DOES THIS MEAN TURBO REBUILDING TIME.....?
what do you guys think???

Just a wild guess... You didnt prime the turbo before you started the motor???

Dude... anytime you put a turbo that has not been lubricated for a while on your motor... You have to pull the fuel pump fuse and turn over the motor for a few mins to get oil pumping through the turbo feed line and then into the turbo... Can you say, you just toasted your turbo and would probably be cheaper to replace it with a new one instead of rebuilding?? I hope you did this...

Nah bro, I cranked it for about five minutes, I just pulled the coil instead of the fuel pump fuse, it was turning over, as a matter of fact, I didn't have the oil return hooked up so that I can make sure that oil was going in and as soon as it started leaking through there I started it up and smoke everywhere, I took the turbo out this morning and looked at it..

Its leaking very bad where the shaft is on the exhaust half, theres this little cap thats loose I think it might be that I'm going to see what I can do and take it to this rebuilding shop today...LATER

I hope this thing ain't fried, or ill have to go to the junkyard and pull another turbo off of another car cause that will probably be cheaper than buying another T25, I might as well look for a T3...

ANYBODY ELSE WANT TO LEAVE THERE 2 CENTS....?

So as soon as you saw oil coming through the line... you didnt hook it up to the turbo to and crank it over a few more times??

No what I mean is I cranked it until I saw the oil come out of the turbo itself, anyway I found out what it was, Its the oil seal in the exhaust half, the shop I took it to is called CUSTOM TURBO REBUILDING and they told me the same thing but they wont just change the seal they'll only change it completely so I'm getting new bearings and seals for 250 it also gets coated with some heat stuff but not my exhaust half since its already coated in some ceramic type coat....they also shave and rebalance the fins if they need to be done...well thanks for your help and if you don't understand me reply again...:) thanks
