I can be driving 65 on the freeway or 25 in town and without any warning the engine will quit. It will the start right back up after I come to a stop. Otherwise the 92 2000 NX runs great. Just replaced the fuel filter, no change. It happens about once a week.

After I took it to the NISSAN MAN he couldnot even get it to die, yet suggested Fuel pump and fuel lines. Replied that if the lines were "bad" they might ruin the pump. I think he's guessing?

For the early B-13s there was a fuel pump recall, might want to check your service records.
Also, another thing to check would be a failing distributor (really the sensor internally-heat related failure).
