Just sharing this so others do not make the same mistake.

They know nothing about parts at all or cars, trucks etc.
I was shipped parts with installation packs missing.
Not one item came when it was promised to ship.
Almost everything is emailed promptly so you can call them back to get the errors corrected and then get emailed as well.
Overall cost me way more in time to do their job then to install the parts and now I am at the mercy of the shipping companies to eventually get the parts here, putting me about 2 weeks behind schedule.

I actually had my part shipped overnight delivery.
They sent the wrong part, then refused to pay for the shipping to send to part back to them. Then they lecutre me about how i should have gave them the vin number in the first place.

On top of that, i told my sales guy I would blog about my shitty experience with them....you know what he said "if you slander my company, I will sue you!!" Too funny...but i still got stuck with the wrong part.
