COMSCC New Hampshire Motor Speedway October 31st- November 1st Saturday-Sunday
Last one of their season -
I've attended several of these events and they are very good. Even better with a current $100 off it will fill up quickly.
Check comscc.org for schedule - they also have a "first time" $100 discount off still going. If you've never been to one of their events, you can get $100 off.
Many events are weekdays so you have to get time off, this one is HPDE on Saturday and TT on Sunday. You don't have to go Sunday but you cannot go do TT until you get their club license (or approval to solo for just that Sunday through the HPDE event(s). The HPDE's I went to were great, quality instructors who really know the course well, learned a lot more than I expected.
This is a broadcast e-mail to all COM members regardless of your registration status.
Registration is currently open for the fifth and final NH event of the season:
New Hampshire October 31st- November 1st Saturday-Sunday
There is currently plenty of room but being a weekend event, this will begin to fill up in the next two weeks.
If you have friends that are interested in track events, note that we will have the Hot Lap Ride Along program for this event. For $35 (actually membership) the person can ride with an Instructor to get a sense of what track driving is all about. There are a limited number of seats available for this program.
The $100 rebate program for first time NH participants is also still in effect.
More details are on the website. http://www.comscc.org/registration/
New members receive a $100 rebate
New members, receive a $100 rebate off your first COM event! Simply register and attend your first event and we’ll give you $100 back, or you can use it as a credit toward your next event.
Join the club so you get the club rate, it pays for itself break even in one event.
The course has plenty of elevation changes, decreasing/increasing radius corners, chicanes and decent speed available if you nail the entrance to the front and back straights. In the HPDE's the passing zones are only on the straights, so no worries about running in heavy traffic side by side through corners. If you can drive, you can do one of these events. With a discount, the price of getting some track time is much lower.
