went to lebanon Vally dragway today for a rental. Unfortunetly there were no se-rs there but i did rep pretty well by being one of the faster imports there beating out the evos and the srt4 on slicks who broke anyway.

started out with a 13.055 at 113.76 under 16 lbs of boost so i immediatly turned that up to 18 for the next run

did a couple 12.8/12.7s

started blowing out the spark in the big end so i decided to check the gap which was over 40 so i brought it down to 35. After that i rememberd i purhased a cap and rotor and forgot to put them on so as i did that i pulled the coil wire from the cap and alll sorts of white crap came out from arcing out..

needless to say i ran a little better next run with a 12.369 at 114.42 starting with a 2.080 60 foot. Which happend to be my best run of the day.

obviously very happy with this one especially because i still spun the tires with nitto drags through second so im thinkin slicks are on my list for next time out. I will try to get the video uploaded this week end as bad as it is.

heres the 12.4 pass probebly coulda been a 12.2 if i didnt slip so much off the launch and then she slipped a bit into fourth. i actually did a really good burnout for this run and i guess i didnt anticipate it griping that hard. nice times indeed..nitto's are ok for street but the track is unforgiving @ 18psi..try some full slicks and u will see low 12's with less boost

Thanks, what made it even harder is that they are 205 45 15s so they didn't have much give to them and I was runnin through at or above 7k . Slicks are already on the christmas list as well as some sort of 4th gear power adder

it was ok, lots of people were puking fluids all over the track so it was a bit slick in places
