He sold me a T28 that was said to be in good shape and working fine when he JUST removed it. Well I get it and its all F'd up. Bearing is in no way good. Shaft play is soo bad blades have been scrapping the walls. Bearing hangs up and locks in place, you have to force it to brake loose. Shaft seems to be bent.
I notified him of this and he said it was in good shape when my buddy was using it 6-8 months ago. He said he was just using it,,,hmmm. I told him I wanted my money back and he said it would take alittle time to get it back to me. He then blocks me from contacting him like I'm just going to go away or something. Don't think so,, theres two thing of mine you don't f*** with and that my family and my money and when you f*** with my money your f***ing with my familys income so you did both at once.
He knows it was a bad, thats why he's avoiding me.
Mike you have my # and such,,lets talk before I take further action. I have all your pm's to me falsely representing this turbo and will seek legal action. Oh and that will cost me nothing as my wife is a Paralegal.
