Will a JWT ECU for a turbo setup work in a Sentra (92 se-r) that was tuned for a NX?? Does the stock se-r ecu work in a NX??

With the right injector's and MAF it should be OK.

they are both the same thing. SR20DE's same ECU just diffrent skins.
