Just a quick question before I storm the junkyards looking...

Will a factory B14 or B15 CD player fit in a B13 without modification?

1. Don't get a double din - single din should be no problem (din is the size, just look for one that looks the same size as yours)
2. Should fit.
3. Wires will be different, easiest way to do this without breaking anything - goto local stereo shop and buy a harness for your car, then tell them you want a reverse harness for a 95+ nissan. Take those two harnesses and just match color to color.
4. plug the harness into your car and then the radio.
5. Enjoy the tunes.

Thanks for the reply, I'll check that out. I don't have any special speakers, amps, subs, anything, so I can't exploit the potential of an aftermarket stereo, and plus, I prefer the look of a factory stereo (and the used price). I'm just tired of using my discman and adaptor all the time :o

your radio may have a 5-pin round (a.k.a DIN) connector if it was manufactured before '95. The newer CD players will have an 8-pin DIN connector. You'll need a converter if that's the case.

dunno about other b14s but my cd player was the 3 disc changer and that's a slave unit to the cassette player. you need both of them.

According to Crutchfield application guide, B13 uses iso-DIN whereas B14 on uses double-DIN.

I have a nice Kenwood iso-DIN AM/FM/Cassette receiver w/ CD changer controls AND matching Kenwood 10-disc changer for sale. I bought them new and never got around to installing 'em; now that I'm building a race car, I sure don't need tunes. Heep, what's your price range?

I bet a used OEM P10 G20 single ISO DIN CD Player will bolt
right in and even hook up to stock wireing with no modifications.
I havent tried this but id thought about it a few times..

The G20 CD player will fit. It depends on the year though. I have a '95 in my '91. I had to make a wiring adapter though. The '95 G20 has the same radio wiring as the '95+ Nissans. The 240SX has the same radio.

I have the OEM Cassete player and the OEM 3-Disc in dash changer from my B14 in my closet. How much you willing to give?

The B14 CAN use double din - or single din with a pocket.

A lot had the single din cassette player, and a few a single din cd player.....
