Purchased an aeromotive fpr from him on 10/11/09. and he hasn't been on since the 14th. he said he would send me a tracking # via pm. He has all + feedback although it's only 4. i've sent him a pm and an e-mail. Does anyone know him? i am usually patient but i need this by Friday.

I had a transaction w/ him too, he bought some things from me and his payment was reversed. So luckily it was right before I was going to send them to him. I have tried pming him but no luck.

That doesn't sound good! he states in his thread that he just had a baby so I'm trying to give him the benifit of the doubt; however, I went ahead and opened a dispute with paypal to see if that gets his attention.

after some searching, looks like it's a different Chapman. This guy has been a member on here as long as i have, and has a good selling feedback or two. This is getting frustrating though.

I still have not received a refund..He stated he was going to send me a money order ASAP and has not. PayPal cited in my favor but since the funds are not there, i have not been able to get my $ back yet. He hasn't been on here since the 10/23/09. I think this guy needs to be black-listed.

seriously how can i get this dude blacklisted. still haven't heard from him and i'm out $103.

I don't have aim, but i tried his msn messenger handle and he was never on.
