hey guys. im trying to bolt up my gt2860rs to my pulsar. turbo has a 3 inch intake. when bolted to manifold the inlet on the turbo is against my tranny. no room to put piping on it. any of you guys had this problem before and no of any fixes ???

have stock manifold, and a stainless header, but the stainless header pushes the turbo back towards the block even more

this makes no sense

nickr - i think he may be referring to a stock inlet manifold, and an aftermarket exhaust manifold
benmack1989 - you might have to grind the block back a bit and/or rotate the comp housing and/or modify the exhaust manifold (reweld the flange at a different angle) and probably also get some new (braided) oil and water lines...

I am sure some people have used a wedge spacer on the manifold to move the turbo away from the block. You could search www.gtiroc.com
