I receive a mail from Charles that Andreas told him that I would be interrested in a set of 20v cams.

My first replay to charles was for his Paypal address.

On the 12 Sept 2009 I paid him the $400 for the cams.
I then tried to got hold of him to find the tracking no due to this payment being done 2.5 weeks later. No COms. Ask Andreas to phone him. The first excuse was that he didn't fill something correctly in and they returned the cams!!! Stil no tracking

When I phone Charles he didn't answer his phone. Then I decided that Paypal will handle it. I opened a case against him. 3 days from opening the case against him he respond with a tracking no thats not valid.

I phoned him 2 days ago and he answered the phone. The cams was still not shipped. That 5.5weeks from he receive my money!!!

I asked him for a refund and he said he will do it. Still no cams nor money

Now I asked the question. WTF do I miss??? well my money of my cams!!!

Personaly i think hes a fuking cheat and liar!!!

Derm,

We've sent Charles a PM. I agree that 5+ weeks is a long time to have to wait for a shipment, but hopefully this is just a case of him giving you a bad tracking number, and it will be resolved quickly.

Derm sucks sweaty donkey balls

Once you file a PayPal claim, he is not going to ship you anything

He also can not refund you since you filed a claim

I sincerely hope no one else from the states ever does business with you

5 weeks with no product is a bit too long. I sent him a PM about this a week ago, with no response.

^Huh?

Charles takes weeks to ship, doesn't respond to PM's, sends it out incorrectly, then sits on it again. How's that put Derm at fault?

Once you file a PayPal claim, he is not going to ship you anything

He also can not refund you since you filed a claimThe limit on a PayPal claim is 45 days. If you had $400 bucks out there for weeks with no indication of what's going on, I think you'd open a claim too. And this isn't a custom piece, it's something Charles had in stock.

I sincerely hope no one else from the states ever does business with youThere may be 2 sides to the story, but until Charles replies, we won't know it.
