with stock engine? Is there an ecu swap that will do the trick?

You can probably buy a chip to solder into the ECU. But, be careful. I did it when i had my integra gs-r and blew the shit out of my motor. My suggestion to you is, is that you should rebuild the head before worring about all that.

You can get an upgraded ECU from several sources. Calumsult, JWT, Enthalpy. Make sure your suspension and brakes are up to the job of controlling the car at 120mph+, and that you know what you're doing as the driver as well.
