: mechanical water temp, oil pressure guages

I was thinking of wher to drill and tap. I thought about the thermostat housing or the one housing that is on the other side in front of the #1 cyl by the upper hose. Would it be ok there? And for the oil pressure I can remove the sending unit altogether with no probs right?

yes you can drill on the housing taht is in front of the #1 cyl, and the second oil thing also a big yes.

Try tappig the housing in front of the Thermostat housing.
