you can do cp pistons or wiseco pistons for forged and are great brands. You can also buy oem sr20det pistons if u want or best yet just get a det block and you get the oil squirters with it. It all depends on the amount of hp your looking to make and how much u want to spend. I am a fan of oem parts because i think they are more reliable but it depends on what u want to do for hp.

okay if you got the money than use the ones listed or manley rods. If your doing rods mise well do pistons as well.

i would say cp pistons and scat h beam connecting rods
the guy who was doing alot of the machine work swears by scat products over eagle ones.

Mazworks has good prices ....also if I remember right they can get pretty close to those #s and they will make sure you will get what you need ...

Arias
JE
Ross
CP
Wiesco

thats how I would rank them

That in no way says Wiesco is the worst or anything like that...

CP nd Weisco are easily available. I think JE has some off the shelf apps too. Last I checked Arias and Ross had some but theyre special order...its been a while.

stock DET pistons can easily handle that power without trying. Put the money into other things.

yeah they can handle it, but for how long and what kind of abuse?

If you have the money, Id do forged pistons every time. Theyre far superior in every which way.

Not everybody drives the same or treats their engines to the exact methods of abuse/use.

Forged internals have and always will be superior to cast parts.

Might as well go all out..i like forged because it can handle the abuse than stock det pistons

Ive heard low silicon pistons have loser clearances than high silicon but low silicon is better for boost than with high silicon u dont get as much blow by..i dont want my car to consume oil
