my car is not equipped with an sr20 so it's not a drop in, so i need a stand alone so i can still have my in-cabin stuff working, my power goals for now are gonna be 300-350hp

if ur good to wire up a haltech then u can use a complete obd1(91-94) harness and ecu and wire ur incabin stuff to work. a calum rt ecu will be way cheaper than a standalone and get u to ur hp goal. hovewere a standalone is not a totally bad option. ive delt with the haltech e6x didnt like it overall. with a tune the stock det with a t3 turbo made 365hp on 25lbs. stock bb motor with 1000cc injectors. i didnt find that impressive at all. the tuner clames clutch was slipping.

i stopped by this shop the other day and they were mentioning using the e11 or platinum, but the platinum is out the question (way too expensive imo), but i just wanted get some info here if anyone uses one, i now most of you guys are either b13 or b14 and just use jwt or calum ecu but at this point doesn't look like i have that option, some also say aem ems but i also hear bad reviews on that peice of equipment
