I'm going to be ordering some Motul tranny fluid and was going to go ahead and order the RBF 600 brake fluid for my future AD22VF upgrade, but I don't know how much fluid I'll need to buy to replace it all after I bleed it all out and relplace it with the Motul. Couldn't find it in my FSM or my Haynes. TIA.

i would buy 3 bottles so you will have more than enough to flush the whole brake system. It might be a little hard to flush the system out because the RBF600 fluid is heavier than regular brake fluid, so what will happen is the old brake fluid will float on top of the new fluid.
