Calum, do you have one for 480CC S15 Inj Z32 MAF USDM SR20 you could upload?

What I would do is take a known standard Z32 maf bin (I would use the 370-4bar bin, that's been done to death), buy a license of for TunerCode from Dave ($100), then run your tuned bin through blinker. Set the latency to the stock S15 value (I can look this up if you can't find the stock S15 bin and figure it out), adjust the injector size with TunerCode to 480cc. Done.

Edit- when you run it through blinker the injector size for 370@4 bar is ~425.

Edit #2- stock latency for the S15 injectors is .59mSecs. This will change slightly if you run them at 4bar, but probably not enough to notice.
