I was wondering the best "budget (we'll use this as a loose term, since turbo-charging can get expensive)" turbo set up using a GTiR manifold and T28 or BB manifold and T25.
The goal is 225 to 250 hp at the wheels, with some room to grow (that's why I would like to go the T28 route). I don't need 300 wheel horsepower...
I am wondering about your bored stock MAF method also. How much can you go with stock injectors/stock fuel pump?
I am the type of person that would not adjust boost to the point of affecting reliability. I understand the T28 runs around 10.25 psi stock. Not sure about a T25.
I want to have the best reliability and drivability.
