Tirerack told me it was 35mm on a B14.

I use a 40 off set with rear quarter panels rolled 205/45/16 and no problems with hitting front or back

My street wheels (Kosei K1's) are 16 x 7.5 with 32mm offset and my track wheels (Volk TE-37's) are 15 x 7 with 35mm offset.

I used to have 40mm offset wheels before I upgraded my suspension but they hit the shock bodies in the rear and I didn't want to use spacers.

Regardless what Tire Rack say's, I don't think there is a standard offset for any paticular vehicle. A lot of it depends on the set up you're using.
