Yes i have searched..if i missed it i am sorry! (for all the forum police out there)

I have a 93 nx2k and am just about to embark on a home paint job.

So in preperation i would like to remove the rear spoiler/lip (if that is what this little thing is called) but do not see how to do it,

Has someone done this or know the steps?

theres 2 10mm nuts you access from the inside of the hatch. They hold down the center of the spoiler.... then there are two plastic "pop in" type clips holding the two outer edges. you should be able to slide the spoiler side to side or front to back until those pop off of their bracket and then you can remove the clips from the hatch for painting and reinstallation of he spoiler.

if it hasn't already been removed before be ready for a tug of war :/

once the plastic clips become undone its pretty easy. The spoiler itslef is hollow so if you bend it too much or something as to crease it- itll be permanent LOL

I recommend you remove the whole hatch and replace it with a nice CF one :D
