: quick question about the valve cover... TOOQIKK 11-22-2009, 11:23 PM what bolts to the back side of the valve cover(ie the side facing the intake ITBs) ...i have a disassembled motor and am doing some "custom" work to it but didnt get to see the motor as a whole so dont want to remove anything that i actually need....I will be running a fmic when the motor finally gets rebuilt and installed in my 87 4wd wagon(will be converted to awd during the motor swap..more to come on that) ... 2.2lvvlb13 11-22-2009, 11:38 PM nvm.... swiss 11-22-2009, 11:49 PM I'm pretty sure they are for the top mount intercooler.
