I'm interested to see this as well. I've been brainstorming about this 5-lug swap now for a while. I have a set of A32 maxima rear hubs in the basement hoping I'll be able to use them. Keep us informed.

It has been confirmed, they will work on the B14, next up is testing on the B13, but B14's are a go.

If you wanna do B13 I can supply you with the rear sleeves and spacers.

The rear hubs are not the same B13 and B14 are 4x100 and the B15 is 4x114.3, but yes you can use the kit im selling here http://www.sr20forum.com/sentra-se/266121-fs-b15-5-lug-conversion-spacers-sleeves.html on your B13, B14 and B15.
