Still hasn't shipped, and won't reply to my PMs, partly because his inbox is full, but I sent him an email. No response as of yet.

I also paid for an intake about a month ago,and the last pm I got from him over 3 weeks ago,said he was sick with the swine flu.
I have PM and emailed multiple times with no response too.

I am gonna have to do a claim with paypal soon.

Guess we all gave him some christmas money,LOL:(

His last activity on this forum was 12-10-09... 4 days ago. Ya think he'd read his email by then...

i just bought a turn signal from him a month ago. He told me he had swine flu as well and last week he said he'll ship it out when he gets a chance.

Well, still no response. It looks like it's gonna be a full blown claim in a few days...

Finally got an answer:

I will ship the headlight covers tomorrow and issue you a full refund, and then just pay whatever much we agreed on the flywheel+shipping. Thank you.

I recieved the covers last week. According to PP, I'm in the progress of receiving a full refund, but it also said that there were problems with his bank.

Anyhoo, it's not the time it took for things to be shipped, it's the lack of communication that bothered me.

I'll update when I can, all it says is that the "refund is in progress".

PayPal's gone bonkers...

According to an e-mail I got from then, they decided in my favour. However, they couldn't collect a refund from the sellers PayPal-account. That email also said thet would do anything they can to collect the money.

Well this may or may not make you feel better.Karma seems to be stepping in.

Let me start by saying,I was not in a hurry for the intake I got from Oliver, and I feel like the price was AWESOME.
That being said,heres an update...
It took a month and a half to finally get my parts.I didnt get any replies for over a month.Paid in Nov,received in Jan.
Of course,the day after I filed a Paypal claim,I hear from him and he gives me a tracking #.
I dont know what happenned,but I guess he didnt give the tracking to Paypal,so they refunded my money.At that point I still had not received anything from Oliver.However,he did send me an email within an hour of my refund,asking me to pay him again.He said it should be there any day.
It did show up the next day,and I have heard from Oliver on a daily basis asking for payment.
I find it hilarious that when it is HIS money in question,he is contacting me daily.

Think I have made my point and I am not looking for FREE parts.Like I said,it was a great price and I did get the parts(eventually).
However,there are a couple other members here who are still getting the run-around from this guy.
I would love to hear that the other deals he made we taken care of before semding my payment back to him.
Technically,I should send my payment to MOJO,so he at least gets something.

OLIVER----If you see this,please chime in.
We all have personal lives and understand that shiit happens.Selling parts may not be the most important thing in your life,but at least give us all an update.
Take care of your obligations to other members.You would be surprised how people may work with you if you are honest and communicate with us.

At this point,I am on the fence.
I got a good deal,but its a matter of principle at this point.
I have lost money before(a couple times) dealing with online sales.
I only have 52 dollars to send Oliver,which is a fraction of what he owes others,from what I gather.

I would love to hear some other opinions on this.

Update to M0J0: agreed to pay him for whatever was left for the flywheel, contacted him already about it and when he will receive payment. BTW, he DID receive the headlight covers, so no he did not lose $260
