has any one ran the 1/4 with the g20 ecu does it make that much of a difference i just put it in and i am waiting to next week to go to the track with it thank you abe

yeah it does, and the reason for that is because you can rev your motor to 7500rpms instead of 7000. this allows you to drop into the second and third gear at a higher rpm, allowing you to pull more horses.

I actually gained a quicker ET by shifting from first to second at about 6900 rpms. That was down from 8100 rpms (as indicated by factory tach)

it truly depends on if you're STILL making power @ the stock redline. my latest dyno shows me not losing hp @ 7100, rather i'm continuing to make it. for me it would be worth it, but w/o knowing your dyno results, it's hard to say. you could play around w/ shift points when your @ the track. until you go pro, you're still learning (and i'm sure pros still learn new stuff, too.)
