Can anyone tell me if it is doable to cut the flange from a DET manifold, and weld a VE flange back on? Will the primaries line up properly with the holes in the flange?

Yes the exhaust ports are exactly in the same place outside of the ports being about 3/16" higher up on the exhaust flange. Hope this helps. Protech
