I just have a few simple questions:

What is the valve clearence on a Standard SR16VE?

Is the wiring loom for a VE engine exactly the same as a DE loom?

What Rev limit can a standard SR16VE handle? 9000?, What work would be required for 9000?

also is a set of extractors for a SR20DE the same for a SR16/20VE? like the bolts line up?

I had a bit of a search but i fuond alot of the information is more about sr20ve

Wiring looms are different, but you can use a DE loom on a VE if you retain the DE distributor and a few other small things. Obviously a DE loom doesnt have the VVL solenoid wiring in it etc.

Exctractors will bolt straight on. some report slight port mis-alignment, others report no issues at all so best to check, but the bolts holes are all compatible.
