Bad clutch disks. 2. Bent input shaft or transmission is not aligned properly. If the input shaft is not exactly in the center of the crank the clutch disk is going to get a lot of stress put on it, maybe enough to kick the springs out. Check to be sure that all the locating devices are in place between the engine and transmission, they are either dowel pins or sleeves around the bolts. | ||
