What have you checked/ adjusted/ cleaned so far? Have you put the car in timing mode and turned the screw on the IACV? Need some details...

you might have to clean your intake.

Seafoam, clean maf, reground maf, clean throttle body, adjust\fix Iacv....Theres lots of shit you can try, and this has been gone over millions of times on here. Search harder.
