do I have to drill a hole through the tower to connect the bolt seen here?

same thing on the bottom? anyone? bueller?

top mount-
install the stb
mark the holr
use a center punch to make a dent
mark dent from trunk side and drill 1/2" hole


lower mount-
jack rear of car
remove gas tank strap from one side
use long screwdriver inserted through the strap bracket to punch/mark where to drill hole
drill 1/2" hole from trunk side
install plate washer and bolt in one side
repeat for other side
