I swapped my auto for the manual in my 1.6 car. Its not hard, but you need alot of parts from the donor car. its not plug and play. You will need motor mounts, the center brace under the motor. Seperator plate (between the tranny and engine. starter from manual, All the bolts that hold the tranny to the engine. all different sizes. You need the harness for the tranny. You will need a clutch pedal and new cable. Then you need the parts that allow the cable to go through the firewall. You have to fab up a mount for the clutch pedal because nissan did not provide the mount for the pedal on automatic cars. ( who knows why) I used Oak Wood as a perch and bolted it to the fire wall. worked fine. You need the ECU, the shifter and fork mechanism. you will be pulling the dash out and the center piece out to access and remove the automatic parts. its not as easy as you think. took me 2 full days. I used a fidanza flywheel, JWT clutch, pulled apart the tranny and replaced the bearings and installed a Phantom Grip. installed a new throwout bearing. Car runs great!

OH, and you need to replace the Air Regulator that is under the intake plenum. looks like a long alluminum thing with 2 hoses coming out and a wire plug. You need the manual unit or the idle will run really high. turning the screw does not work on the AAC valve.
