Can anyone help me with this please?
I have a Borsh o2 sensor, I think its universal one with 2 white wires and 1 black wire.
I tested the three wires on the harness side
When Multimeter is connected I get power/voltage reading on pin1 and pin2, no power on
pin3.
pin1
pin2
pin3

On the o2 sensor side there's 3 wires, 2 white and one black. Can you tell me if my connection is correct as listed here:
pin1 - white wire.
pin2 - white wire.
pin3 - black signal wire. ? Can this be the signal wire that the black wire from the o2 sensor connects to?

On another note:
Before the above, it was connected like this -
pin1 - black signal wire.
pin2 - white wire.
pin3 - white wire. Can anything go wrong with the sensor since it was connected like this?

Thank you.

This is well-documented elsewhere but IIRC from when I did mine, the P3 would be ground, the other two are hot wires. I think and emphasize think that the order of the two wires carrying juice is interchangeable. The O2 sensor does not car which way the current flows.

So that would be black to black, white to white, white to white - does not matter which white wire to which one, they both do the same thing.

SEARCH, I have read this same question here before. Also realize the search engine may choke on "o2" so use "oyxgen sensor"
