Its actually really easy. i only had to extend a few wires on the harness. and find some heater core hoses that would work. other than that its a pretty straight forward swap. I will say i found it much easier to pull the harness out of the car wire it up and then pull the harness back through the firewall as you drop the motor in. Good luck with your swap dude.
I love VVL. lol

XxfamousxX, is it a hassle to swap in that SR20VE motor, especially if it's a SE-R chassis? I'm just curious because I'm considering on getting one of those motors. SR20det's are nice but I like NA power as well.

I wondered what the cost of that motor is? can you bolt up a SE-R tranny right up? where do you get these motors. Now they supply the computer and engine harness? you just have to splice it into the main connectors to power it up/grounds, etc.

i payed 950 for the ve shipped to my door. I got it from Tiger here is the websight( http://www.tigerjapanese.com/) i have used them for the last couple of swaps i have done motors look pretty good. Yes the tranny bolts right up and you can still use the SE-R harness and ecu but some wires on the harness will have to be extended and the ecu will have to be chipped for the VE Map.

Sweet build man can't believe that you came that far with the car. Most people would have parted out that B13 chassis and said the hell with it but you saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Congrats man you deserve a nice cold beer while looking at what you made.:biggthump
