I thought about buying it from autozone..but, I'm one of those people who would spend twice as much for the part to say nissan on it.......am I crazy?

Don't you have to have like a sun ultrasparc or something crazy to run that?

I bought my hatch struts from Autozone. That was about a year ago.....and they still work fine. I'm not sure if they still have it though. And since I didn't drive my NX to work today....I can't give you the part number for the struts.

If Autozone don't have it, I believe King Jeff can get some too....not 100% sure though.

As for buying original Nissan products...with the way the prices are going for our SR20 parts (compared to a few years ago), I think it's a waste of money unless you know the part from Nissan are really worth it. But like they say...one man's sweet is another man's poison.

Your call! Hehehehehehehe.

While most Nissan parts are primo quality I wouldn't get their hatch struts again. I mean they've worn out on a lot of NX after a few years.
You're just gonna have them fail again. I'd stick with Autozone or someone else if you can, lifetime warranty!
