Hey everyone,
Got some readings from an MDM and CMX at a few different conditions for my car (91 SE-R w/ DET swap).
Condition 1: idle
MDM reading - 2.2-2.4 ms
CMX reading - 1.6-1.8%
Condition 2: cruise at highway speeds (60-70mph)
MDM reading - 3.5-4.2 ms
CMX reading - 8-11%
Condition 3: deceleration (car still in gear)
MDM reading - 0.5-0.6 ms
CMX reading - 0.7-1.0%
Condition 4: full throttle pull
MDM reading - 15-16ms
CMX reading - 83-84% (though I got a max of 99.4%!)
So in short, looks like pulse durations and injector duty cycles do not follow a linear curve.
I am a little worried about how hight my MDM and CMX readings are for fuel parameters at full throttle. I am only boosting 7psi, my plugs look good, and I don't think I am running all that rich. The only problem may be is that my ECU has a code for coolant temp sensor (despite it being new), so can someone with a T25 and 370cc injectors take some data for me? Get a max injector pulse duration or duty cycle once with your coolant temp sensor connected and once without. See if there's a difference...
Thanks,
