se-r steve 02-02-2010, 07:41 PM have a 96 se-r *** ve swap...my friend helped me out *** the swap...cars been runnin for over a yr fine...and all of a sudden car will not rev higher than 2500 rpm *** pedal all the way down...can some1 help me out plz...this is been an on goin headache for about a week now...thanx and hope some1 can help me out.. skcusloa 02-02-2010, 07:48 PM you are in safe mode, you need to check your codes.... also when asking for help you need to include your entire setup info se-r steve 02-02-2010, 07:52 PM i have checked the codes...its got a code for a knock sensor...but its had that code since the swap was done...its a plain swap...*** a v6 mass air flow with the harness rewired..and a calumsult chipped ecu...6puck sprung clutch...and a greddy mss controller for the vvl...i have reset the ecu from behind and still the same thing....
