For the past few months, my car would randomly not start. I know it is the fuel pump because you don't hear it priming.
At one point, someone who had the car before me ghetto wired in a fuel cutoff switch, so I'm going to try to solder all that up nicely to rule out faulty wiring.
Anyway, the car did it again today...the pump wouldn't prime for about 10 minutes. All of a sudden, it primed up and i was able to drive away. Should I just go ahead and replace it?
And, since Walbro's are so not-expensive, would it be a bad idea (if even possible) to just throw in a 255lph pump since I plan on goin turbo in about a year? TIA.
