i think i seen somewhere that someone had a trans brace for a b13. i know that when you get some torque, they like to pop so is there any such product for us? and where do i get it? dont wanna replace the trans every month lol

I doubt that would stop breakage of a tranny if your making high numbers. I did see a tranny brace installed on a hundai of all cars and thought it would be a good idea to stiffen up the engine. I would be in for one. Your probably off just upgrading to the B15 tranny it will save you alot of headaches.

its not super high hp or anything like that. its a gtir swap tuned @ 15lbs. and some bolt ons. its hard as shit to find a b15 PP trans and they sure are alot of money lol. ill start looking though. thanks

I saw some where in a thread that they make hand cuff for the b13 trannys.It stop the two shaft in the tranny from spreading out at high power(this cause the gears to ride on it`s tips resulting in stripping).but getting this will cause you 5th gear.:squint:

what about welding some type bracing to the outside of the trans? hmm... that mite work

i was on the JGY website and they have a service for the transmissions thats called "transmission case welding". does anyone know where to weld it? i know alot of very good welders that will do it for cheap.
