i cant believe the real Mr.SR20 couldnt start the car. damn, if he cant do it, no one can. anyway, I think optimum hit it on the head when he mentioned internal damage. here are some of the red flags i saw on your original post...

"i checked the coil it had a spark so i checked the spark plugs and the tips were melted and broken so was the distributor cap". if your spark plug tips were melted off guess where they went. i can tell you right now im sure one or some of your cylinders are shot. but even hearing this some people on the forum dont see this as a major problem even with their extensive knowledge of the sr20.

just get that bish swapped and call it a day. if you are gonna be turbo get a FPR, walbro pump, fuel pressure gauge, and at least some kind of a/f gauge and make sure you run rich from now on if you are on a stock ecu. and dont forget some bkr6e-11 plugs from the dealer next time.

Not necessarily man. For some lucky people and in some rare occasions the plug tips either get demolished during the combustion process or they get blown out through the exhaust.

Do a compression test and see what you get and then try some quick start not too much though and not for too long. at least you'll get the car started and see and hear whats up. If quick start doesn't start that bish then toss it cause quick start aka starting fluid starts anything lol

Seem's to me that maybe an intercooler pipe came off or something. Try checking your couplers and clamps and make sure they are on tight. start from the IC and work your way through all of the pipes. Do you have a fmic or tmic setup?

hmm... So my guess is you probably have internal failure. I think you put a hole through a piston if it sounds like a subaru. You might want to get a compression test on the motor. Get that done first, and post up the psi numbers.

It was just a thought. Remove fuel cap, remove fuel hose to the fuel rail. And let the fuel come out. That's what I would do. Not to sure if there's anything else you could do besides that and removing the fuel rail

and have your turbo install in a couple of hrs.. or you can try a month with this other guys..

and keep your avenir ecu..

Miguel thanks for the help... i knew this motor was going to be trash from day one... but shit happens.... whats with all the crap talking to sr20kid? iv seen his work and bin in the car for a test drive. everything is legit.. when is there a sr20 meet id like to see some of the work of the people talkin all this trash... im not taking sides... im a open minded guy... and Miguels work looked legit to me..
