: Power steering pressure switch necessary? NXtacyNZ 02-11-2010, 05:21 AM Hey guys, quick question. Im wanting to remove the power steering lines that go up beside the brake booster which means I will be removing the power steering pressure switch. Im pretty sure it wont make any difference to the running of the car but I just wanted to confirm it with you guys. NXtacyNZ 02-22-2010, 01:18 AM Bump..... Ive found out that the engine will run fine with the switch removed but the only thing that I dont know is if the power steering will run normally now that I have shortened that line to about 30cm. Ive just put a loop from the pump into the steering rack. Any input?
