Okay, I am still new to the specifics of my car, but I know alot of people deal with motors more than I do. But my first question is:

1. Anyone have Ground Control Coilovers? ANd how are they compared to regular Eibach Pro-kit springs? ( I ask this cause I am considering going with GC)
2. Is there anything for automatics to shift quicker or what?..........besides changing the entire tranny (which I am 85% sure of changing)

I think the GC are a little better over then the Prokits as far as a performance stand point. The Prokits seem to be a little softer then the ERS (GC's).

As far as the automatic shifting is concerned you can try finding a shifter improvment kit for it or manually shift it, but I would just get a manual.

Maybe you forgot but my car has the GC setup. I thought you had the prokits. The GC will be a lot stiffer but less likely to ride at the bottom of their travel near the bump stop so the ride is about the same. When you rode in my car I think the back was to low and was riding near the bump stop. I raised it a little but the ride is just a little better. I have the koni's set pretty stiff now. This car has eibach I am pretty sure and also AGX's and sway bars as well. I could probably arrange a ride for you if you come out to an autocross. We meet on the 6th again.

If you look closely you can see that my car is leaning a little less and I am in a sharper turn producing potential for lean.

Yeah the ride was pretty nice. And I will take you up on another ride. I just thought about getting GC's to lower my front another inch, and for more performance driving and turning.

Just because you can lower it doesn't mean you should. If you want to go low you need shorter struts. Some Koni's or motivationals would do the trick. Go to the technical section to learn how to shorten your own koni's.
